Exchange & Returns
Would you rather exchange for another product?
It is of course possible that on second thought you would rather have had that other piece of jewellery. No problem, you can always exchange it!
To guarantee the quality of our jewellery, we do set a few conditions:
- the article must be genuine, authentic and in new condition, so not worn!
- the original purchase receipt and the certificate must be present
- not valid for personalized and/or custom items
- take within 14 days of receipt that you want to exchange the item
- then the item within 14 days be sent back*
- all conditions are checked by our own experts
- all communication for exchange goes through it Contact Form, that way there can be no misunderstandings
- applies only to online purchases
Returns
What now? Please contact us as soon as possible via Contact Form, and indicate the following points:
- report within 14 days which item you want to exchange (after this you have another 14 days to return the item*)
- against which item you want to exchange it
- the model numbers, starting with a capital letter and followed by four digits
- your name
- the date of purchase
* If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
After you have the contact form you will receive an email from us with tips and instructions for returning your purchase. When your jewelry has been returned to us, our expert will check whether it is still in its original condition, and your purchase receipt and any certificates will also be checked. If not, we will contact you by email. The item then remains your property, and we will send it back to you.
Is everything all right? Then you will receive a confirmation email from us, and you can order the jewel of your choice online.
- When you order an item that is more expensive than your previous item, you will immediately receive a discount code in the confirmation email - to the value of your returned item - which you can use during the checkout on the payment page. This is how we settle your exchanged item
- Is the item you order cheaper than the item you want to exchange? Then we will give you instructions in the confirmation email the order of your new choice and we will refund you the difference
Do you think this is all too much hassle, and do you have the opportunity to come by? Then you are of course very welcome in our store Coin square 1, 1017 CK in Amsterdam. There your jewelry will be checked on the spot and immediately deducted from your new purchase. Please don't forget the original packaging, the receipt and the certificate not to take!
And are you still nearby? Then immediately take a walk along the canals, visit Dam Square or grab a terrace on Rembrandtplein!
