INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Insured shipping outside The Netherlands is possible. For EU countries and non-EU countries, the shipping costs vary by location. Please contact us for more information if your shipping costs do not appear automatically. We are happy to assist you personally!
We deliver your order FREE & INSURED with Mikropakket value transport within the Netherlands for purchases over €250. Below this amount, we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs of €6.95.
Orders of loose diamonds with a purchase amount under €100 within the Netherlands are shipped via Post.nl.
Your order will be sent registered with Mikropakket value transport (within the Netherlands). This means you must sign for receipt. Please take this into account when providing the delivery address (home or work).
Note: Loose diamonds with a purchase amount under €200 are shipped via Post.nl.
We also ship to other EU countries; shipping costs vary by country and region. If we cannot ship to your chosen address, please contact us. We are happy to help where possible.
YOUR ORDER:
Of course, we try to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Generally, this means your order will be offered for delivery the next working day. In exceptional cases, incidents may occur during delivery, and your order may be delivered a bit later. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
If you want to be sure to receive your order on the date of your choice, you can also pick it up at our store.
These times are a guideline for your delivery and apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM:
- Monday delivered on Tuesday
- Tuesday delivered on Wednesday
- Wednesday delivered on Thursday
- Thursday delivered on Friday
- Friday* delivered on Tuesday
- Saturday* delivered on Wednesday
- Sunday* delivered on Wednesday
* Note: orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday
TRACK & TRACE:
After we have prepared your order for shipment and it is in the possession of Mikropakket, you will receive an email from Mikropakket with information about your delivery. Track your package and always stay informed about the status of your delivery.
NOT HOME?
If you are not home, Mikropakket will leave a 'not home' message for you. With this, you can reschedule a new appointment free of charge. If Mikropakket finds no one home a second time, your order will be returned to us. If we have to resend the order a third time, we will ask (again) for a contribution to the shipping costs of €6.95. So please make sure someone can accept the package to avoid unnecessary costs!
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?
Our jewelry is standard delivered free of charge in an ECO-friendly jewelry box and a luxury carrying pouch. Both made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue. Each box contains a velvet interior and a soft velvet cover cloth.
If you are giving the ring for a special occasion and want to keep it in a solid ring box, or simply prefer a luxury gift box with a chic appearance, check out our luxurious white wooden ring box with nappa interior. We offer it to you at cost price!
With every order, you receive the special gold polishing cloth, our business card with the handy chart for diamond color and quality, and of course your Unique Diamond Certificate. We then personally and carefully pack your package in an anonymous shipping box. So you don’t have to worry about your order!
